Brian Gross - Creations
Music
I have recorded hundreds of songs - some have been featured on albums or in musical theatre pieces, on the radio, at live performances, as accompaniment to modern dance companies, art videos and commercials. I've also fronted a signed band, Apocrypho (ADSR Musicwerks).

Graphic Design
Graphic design is something I do for fun, as a favour, as well as for pay. I use Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Flash for animated designs - Dreamweaver, Fireworks, InDesign and Flash for websites. I've taught university-level courses in Photoshop and web and graphic design, as well as having a Bachelor's degree in Art. Click on the thumbnail below to launch a portfolio of recent designs:
Visual Art
As you'll see from many of these samples, most of my visual art is abstract, using multiple mediums (acrylic, oil, watercolour, pastel, pencil, etc.). My style derives from an experience I had when being hypnotized once. The hypnotist suggested I go to a pristine place, like the mountains or the beach - but if I went to the places he suggested in my mind I would always encounter smog or buildings. Instead I went to a chaotic place of undulating colours and shapes - no heirarchy of objects, just an endless flow - which is what I depict in my art. I've had numerous gallery shows.
